01 Returns & Exchanges
- The timeline
- Tuor Tactical has a 30-day return policy, from the day you receive your item(s) to requesting a return.
- Item condition
- To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original packaging, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to start
- Email us at tuortactical@gmail.com. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us first — unauthorized returns can't be accepted.
- Next steps
- If your return is accepted, we'll email you the return address with instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
02 Shipping & Handling
- Processing time
- Because our apparel is custom-pressed, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped from our shop.
- Rates & delivery
- We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Lost or damaged
- We hand-pack every order with care, but issues can happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email tuortactical@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
03 Claims
- Starting a claim
- To start a return or warranty claim, contact tuortactical@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Turnaround
- Most claims are processed within 3–5 business days.
04 Garment Care
To keep your Tuor Tactical tee looking sharp, follow these guidelines — they protect both the cotton-poly
fabric and the graphics.
- Wash inside outProtects the graphics from rubbing against other items or the drum.
- Cold water washMachine wash cold or warm. Hot water can break down the graphic's adhesive backing.
- Mild detergentSkip bleach and fabric softener — chemical softeners degrade the bond between graphic and fibre.
- Tumble dry lowOr remove while slightly damp and hang to air dry. Never use high heat.
- Never iron the printTurn inside out on low heat, or place parchment paper or a thin cloth over the design.
